"Hunting has always been our way of life. It keeps us active, and the nutrients we get from the animals keep us healthy. Remember that in the Arctic, no part of the animal is wasted, so that's why when we use an animal for food, we also use it for making other things like moccassins, mittens, and even fuel oil. We hunt everything from the caribou, to the polar bear, to even the Arctic char underneath the ice. To catch these fish we use a special technique known as jigging. If you want, I can show you how to do it."
